Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to assist with
various legal matters within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial agreements, preparing contracts and
summaries
Manage the intake and workflow for contract reviews and ensure
accuracy of contract terms
Assist with compliance, corporate governance matters, and legal
document management
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of paralegal experience in corporate legal
matters
Comprehensive understanding of key legal provisions in commercial
agreements
Experience in managing and maintaining commercial contracts and
legal documents
Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Experience working with executive leadership and analyzing
risks
