Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Editor (Freelance,
Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Edit and refine content on legal and information governance
topics
Collaborate with writers to produce tailored content for various
legal audiences
QA content for accuracy and ensure alignment with the company's
style guide
Required Qualifications
Degree in law, compliance, or a related field with 2+ years of
editing or writing experience
Deep understanding of data compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and
governance challenges
Knowledge of legal and information governance communication
Experience with SEO and optimizing content for search without
sacrificing quality
Portfolio with recent legal editing experience, including 3-5
sample articles
