Responsibilities:
--- Evaluate New Cases: Assess the viability of claims and advise clients on their options.
--- Client Communication: Regularly gather information, provide case updates, and answer questions about the pre-litigation process.
--- Legal Research: Investigate relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support case strategies.
--- Document Preparation: Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and correspondence with insurance companies.
--- Negotiations: Engage with insurance adjusters to secure fair settlements, advocating for clients' best interests.
--- Collaboration: Work with case managers and support staff to gather necessary evidence and documentation.
--- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
--- Team Coordination: Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for potential litigation.
--- Case Management: Organize and maintain accurate case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
--- File Audits: Conduct initial and monthly audits for every case to ensure proper handling.
--- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 10, ensuring efficient and strategic case management.
--- Independent and Strategic Work: Work independently and strategically to ensure cases are actively managed and not delayed.

Qualifications:
--- Juris Doctor (JD): Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
--- Bar Admission: In good standing with the California Bar.
--- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a personal injury law firm.
--- Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with the ability to use legal research tools and case management software effectively.
--- Legal Research Skills: Strong legal research skills to support case strategies and client advocacy.
--- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and document preparation.
--- Client Management: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
--- Independent and Strategic Work: Capable of working independently and strategically to manage cases efficiently.
