Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel for the
Network Legal Southeast region, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support for Southeast Region network markets
Draft and negotiate contracts with major healthcare provider
partners
Manage dispute resolution and support arbitration proceedings
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree
Current license to practice law in state of residence
5+ years of legal experience
Experience with regulatory agencies and state insurance
regulations
Knowledge of U.S. contract, corporate health care, and regulatory
law
