Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its
Legal Team in a remote role focused on commercial and ad-tech legal
matters.
Key Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and draft various commercial agreements
Advise product and data teams on regulatory compliance, especially
in privacy and telecom
Monitor legal developments and assist in developing company
policies for compliance
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in negotiating and drafting commercial
contracts
Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian privacy laws and ad-tech
regulations
Member of a U.S. or Canadian bar, preferably both
Experience in the ad-tech and telecom industries is preferred
Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CISM are highly desirable
