Are you an experienced, California licensed, defense litigation (lemon law, consumer warranty, general litigation) attorney interested in a full-time contract job opportunity with a law firm in Los Angeles, CA? We are looking for an excellent writer who is highly motivated and proactive with their caseload. This is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for long term contract work or temp to hire for the right candidate. This opportunity is projected to be 3-4 months in duration (approx.). The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience as a practicing attorney in the state of California.

• The successful candidate will have experience litigating in the defense side working with manufacturers in lemon law cases, consumer warranty, taking and defending depos, medical malpractice, personal injury and complex litigation matters.
• The ideal candidate will also have experience working on cases from start to finish, taking and defending depositions, law and motion, briefs, discovery disputes, and can meet and confer.
• JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in CA. ONLY CA BARRED ATTORNEYS
• 3+ years of general litigation (highly prefer lemon law) experience/top tier law schools
• Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
• Solid time management skills
• The is a non-exempt contract position. Hourly pay rate is $70-80 hourly depending on experience. 100% remote, MUST BE CA BARRED
