Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test
(SDET) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Test Automation team, providing direction and
mentorship
Develop and implement a QA strategy that aligns with company
goals
Oversee the development and execution of testing within a CI/CD
pipeline
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation managing
teams
Minimum of 4 years leading QA teams and managing quality assurance
processes
Strong expertise in automated API testing, scale testing, and
automated UI testing
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using GitHub
Actions and Jenkins
Working knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and
Azure
