Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Developer, API and Backend.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and translate feature specifications into
technical requirements
Lead technical design discussions and develop scalable enterprise
APIs and microservices
Manage feature development, testing, maintenance, and provide
support for existing systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable work experience;
Master's degree preferred
8+ years of software application development experience, including
2+ years in API/microservices development
Proficiency in C#/.NET 6/7, API design patterns, and cloud
environments (AWS or GCP preferred)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases
(Postgresql, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch preferred)
Experience leading development teams in an Agile environment
