Job Description:

A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst - (Technical Integration).
Key Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and processes to identify trends impacting functionality and user satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration related issues via phone or electronic interactions
Work cross-functionally to manage escalations, communicate root causes, and document user problems

Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field, with 1-2 years of SaaS support experience
Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation or Quality Assurance experience
Experience supporting APIs, Oauth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML
1-2 years RDBMS experience, with a preference for SQL Server
Experience with performance monitoring technologies and diagnostic tools
