Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to
provide technical support and guidance to clients in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Build technical expertise in Meta advertising products and provide
consultative guidance to clients
Resolve technical issues related to clients' usage of Meta
advertising solutions
Collaborate with sales teams and advertisers to prioritize and
address client issues
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Technology
industries
BA Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with technical troubleshooting of Meta Advertising
technologies
Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business
Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
and HTTP
