Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide
customer support and technical assistance remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers maximize value from products and subscriptions
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues while understanding
customer needs
Collaborate with engineers to develop solutions and contribute to
knowledge management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of experience in support, sustaining, or development
engineering in an enterprise environment
Excellent understanding of Linux and UNIX with basic Linux system
administration experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the enterprise IT
sector
A Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is
required but can be obtained after starting
