Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Software Engineer
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Triage development issues reported by customers and internal
users
Debug technical product issues across the stack and build internal
tools for faster issue resolution
Analyze support tickets to identify areas for improvement and
collaborate with teams to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
Full stack development experience with PHP, Javascript, React,
Typescript, AWS, MongoDB, and NodeJS
Ability to write idiomatic code and adhere to best practices
Experience troubleshooting and understanding existing code
bases
Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from start to
finish
Experience collaborating with external developers on
integrations
