A company is looking for a Field Service Planning Coordinator I
to manage service schedules and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication by responding to inquiries and
addressing repair requests
Oversee inventory and scheduling, ensuring timely service for items
requiring attention
Organize and prioritize field service work orders for efficient
service delivery
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in the field service industry, preferably
in customer service or scheduling
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience using software for scheduling and coordination
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple
tasks effectively
A combination of education, training, and related experience may be
considered
