Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer
with expertise in Platform-as-a-Service technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support for customer inquiries regarding the
OpenShift Container Platform
Utilize ticketing systems and support tools to troubleshoot and
resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with various teams to analyze problems and communicate
solutions to customers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a support or development engineer for a
PaaS provider or hosting service
3+ years of experience with Linux or Unix operating systems,
including installation and maintenance
Familiarity with technologies such as Red Hat OpenShift,
Kubernetes, and IT automation
Experience with large-scale application deployments
Solid understanding of Linux tools like cURL, Git, and
Wireshark
