You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of UVeye solutions. This role involves frequent travel to customer sites, where you will apply your technical expertise to resolve issues and provide proactive service. Your technical expertise will assist our organization in increasing client satisfaction, improving efficiency, managing risk, and diagnosing problems.A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:A great FSEL2 has a positive "can do" attitude and delivers a consistently great experience for our customers. You will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Document service activities, including detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standards at all times.
• Manage escalations as an FSE which arise after repeated service by other parties.Requirements

  • Willing to travel > 95% of the time
  • Based within an hour of LAX Airport
  • Valid US PassportIdeally, we're looking for:
    • Experience with Computer Networking
    • Experience working in Automotive Fleet environment
