Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to
provide customer support through various communication
channels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide fast and friendly technical support to customers via
emails, chat, and video calls
Troubleshoot and document bugs, collaborating with the Engineering
team for resolution
Document customer feedback and advocate for the voice of the
customer in product development
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a technical support role for a SaaS
product
Experience working with CRMs and APIs is a bonus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in remote and distributed team settings
Tech-savvy with a strong problem-solving aptitude
