Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Technical Alarm
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to customers via scheduled outbound
calls, ensuring effective solutions
Troubleshoot and install various alarm products and services,
communicating complex issues clearly
Educate customers on system functionality and identify additional
security solutions
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or
a degree preferred
At least 1 year of technical service experience is required
One year of home security systems technician experience is highly
preferred
Must have a private, quiet workspace with adequate internet
bandwidth
