A company is looking for a Distribution Technology Strategy and
Enablement Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the distribution technology strategy and
roadmap
Collaborate with distribution partners and matrix partners to
define capabilities and requirements
Monitor initiatives to ensure accountability and facilitate
decision-making with senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
5-10 years of Salesforce experience, preferably within a Group
Insurance carrier
Experience in making strategic decisions impacting performance
Ability to engage and influence senior management
