Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help
redefine payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
Work hands-on with complex engineering problems across teams
Build prototypes for innovative solutions to expedite
development
Architect and build scalable systems within a mono-repo, overseeing
end-to-end delivery
Required Qualifications
Experience with staff level ownership and impact across an
organization
Proven experience building complex systems that have scaled over
time
Proficient in debugging complex systems and handling critical
incidents
Experience setting a technical strategy across teams
Proficiency in Python or Go; experience with Django, React, or
Typescript is a plus
