Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Technical Lead to
enhance customer experience and provide technical support for
WordPress hosting.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced troubleshooting for WordPress and platform-related
issues
Writing and maintaining technical documentation and contributing to
the WordPress community
Educating the Customer Success team to improve their technical
skillset
Required Qualifications
Expertise in WordPress and its common and advanced issues
Advanced understanding of WordPress performance and security
issues
Knowledge of core web technologies such as HTTP methods and status
codes
Experience with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Git
Eagerness to learn and adapt while teaching others
