Job Description:
Excellent position for an IT professional looking for the next

The primary function of this position is to supervise and
coordinate activities of staff with regard to daily IT departmental
operations.
Job Accountabilities:
Early fault detection and response
Advanced 1st tier server, application, network, and PC
troubleshooting and repair, and escalation
Bridging the skills gap between server/network administration and
the Help Desk
Install and maintain software on computer systems, such as
Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and
other job productivity applications.
Provide Tier-2 Troubleshooting of system and application issues on
the PCs, and participate in escalation of requests when
necessary.
Qualifications:
?Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred
?3-5 years experience in a customer service role preferred
?Experience with Servers 2003/2008 and PCs, Win XP/2003/7, MS
Office, Exchange, Networking, ERP, and Sales technical support
experience.
?Knowledge of Dell Open Manage Service Management software
?3-5 years experience in a hands-on role performing last line of
support for help desk PC related issues including, but not limited
to, application troubleshooting, system installation,
configuration, maintenance upgrade, and replacement
?Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding
environment
?Be able to work well with other people in a team-oriented
environment
?Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
consistent with the company's mission statement
