HIGHLY REGARDED & MASSIVELY EXPANDING Co. is ACTIVELY scouting for a talented Senior Graphic Designer that brings a demonstrated track record to the table. As the new team member to this massively expanding Dept. you will act as a bridge between Creative Services and other departments? representatives (marketing, PR, Purchasing, International development) to ensure smooth delivery of assets in a timely matter and ensure all requirements, specifications and processes are in place and is able to see through a project across all phases. Co. is excited to have a professional assist with the Visual Merchandising as it pertains to direction of product launches for store level activations across multiple channels of distribution. Support the development of trade shows and pop up shops that support launches or other marketing initiatives by providing marketing teams with assets at different levels of execution: From mood boards to realistic renderings. In addition, selected talented individual will have the autonomy to support Product Development with conceptual design and artistic execution of seasonal collection of makeup bags, beauty and travel accessories, stationary and other gifts. Manage communication with outside vendors and Purchasing team in all aspects of sourcing and production process. Adhere to budget and other sourcing restrictions for efficient and timely production of goods. Responsible for selection and suggestion of cost effective materials, hardware and other sundries. In-house prototyping of items at different levels of detail in order to facilitate communication and internal vision to vendor. Research of latest trends in the beauty and fashion world. In addition you will be heavily involved with Marketing, PR & Events by partnering with internal cross-functional teams (Strategic marketing, PR, copy) to ensure cohesive messaging for all event or Marketing driven collateral.
