Job Description:
IPA located in Long Beach is looking for a Customer Service
Manager to ensure all inbound and outbound calls are handled
professionally, and meet the expectations of the companies clients,
contracted medical providers, health plans and management team.
Must have knowledge of medical Claims, Authorizations and
Eligibility
Excellent communication skills including Word and Excel
Call Center Management experience
