Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resource Associate - Project
Based.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize employee records and HR files, ensuring
accuracy and completeness
Handle timekeeping and generate related reports
Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner via
ticketing tools or email
Required Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR preferred, but fresh
graduates are welcome
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is a must
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM) and internet
speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload
