A company is looking for a Senior Talent Development Consultant
to lead and manage talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee talent management processes including goal setting,
performance reviews, and succession planning
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent strategies
with organizational objectives
Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives and develop career
pathing frameworks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or
equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in talent management or related HR
function
Proven experience in developing and leading talent management
programs
Experience managing large scale cross-functional projects
Proficiency in talent assessment tools and methodologies
