Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Accounting Senior Coordinator
responsible for banking and settlement activities related to
payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for employees
Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Huntington Bank, and Accounts
Payable Banking
Address payroll-related inquiries and maintain reconciliations of
general ledger accounts
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2 years of relevant experience required
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
preferred
Experience with payroll software and banking systems (e.g., ACH)
preferred
At least 2 years of experience in payroll, banking operations, or
related accounting functions
