Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Workday Compensation capability area and related HR
systems
Collaborate with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team on global
merit, bonus, and stock cycles
Conduct requirements analysis and support the development and
delivery of functional modifications in Workday
Required Qualifications
BA degree and 8+ years of relevant compensation experience, with
Workday knowledge preferred
Experience supporting merit cycles as a business analyst/project
manager
3+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining Workday,
especially in Advanced Compensation
Additional experience in Workday modules such as Performance,
Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting is beneficial
Ability to influence acceptance of HR business practices and new
concepts
