Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner
focusing on GTM and Corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to achieve business goals through talent
management and programming
Serve as a trusted advisor on talent issues, including
organizational design and career development
Analyze data to influence business decisions and provide relevant
people analytics to the business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role
across multiple HR disciplines
Previous experience supporting Sales teams in a SaaS company is
strongly preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
