Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Recruiter for Customer
Experience, Operations, and G&A.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive
candidate experience
Source and develop a candidate pipeline while setting hiring
managers' expectations
Interview candidates, provide updates throughout the process, and
negotiate compensation
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience
Previous startup experience with the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
A track record of achieving high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires
or more per month)
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
(e.g., LinkedIn, Gem)
