(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative and proactive recruiting
strategies
Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates against position
requirements
Manage candidate scheduling and maintain accurate recruitment
documentation
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience in technical and corporate recruiting
Prior experience with high-volume recruiting and various sourcing
techniques
Familiarity with employment laws related to hiring and
selection
