Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage
full cycle HR processes and support employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee
communication and background checks
Administer employee benefits programs and support compliance with
HR policies and legal standards
Utilize HR metrics for data-driven decision making and support
talent acquisition efforts
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist roles
2+ years of experience in early start-up environments, establishing
processes and policies
1+ year of recruitment experience
Working knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and benefits
administration
Experience with ATS/HRIS tools and supporting remote work
environments
