Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disability Trainer to provide
training and support to employees in specific departments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage training agendas for New Hires and coordinate
equipment setup
Conduct training sessions and routine check-ins to monitor employee
progress and performance
Perform audits and implement corrective actions based on findings
to improve operational processes
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Limited operations experience with Peer Review, UR, and/or case
management
Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is
preferred
Extensive knowledge of relevant guidelines and medical
terminology
Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
