Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist at DCB Hospitality Group located in Irvine, CA. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration on a daily basis.
Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Conversational Spanish
