A company is looking for a Trainer, Customer & Employee Success
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to support training and development
for new hires and tenured employees
Conduct refresher training and act as a mentor to customer care
specialists and team leads
Identify performance improvement opportunities and develop training
materials and resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Must be PC literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in a coaching and development role
Familiarity with developing and delivering presentations for
various audiences
Fundamental knowledge of company products and services
