Job Description:
A company is looking for a Japanese Advanced AI Data Trainer to
support AI language model development.
Key Responsibilities
Train the AI by generating ideal conversation examples and
providing context
Evaluate the AI's performance based on safety, accuracy, and
usefulness criteria
Test the AI by identifying errors and recommending improvements to
training methods
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese (C1 - C2 level)
Conversational to advanced English (B1 - C1 level)
Interest in linguistics and language arts
Ability to document learnings and refine training methods
Available for flexible hours, preferably in EST or PST time
zones
