Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ's relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client's needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.We have partnered with a rapidly growing company who is a leader in their industry. Due to growth, the team is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to join their HR and finance team.What you will be doing:

• Accurate and timely processing of the weekly and biweekly hourly and salary payroll
• Assist in payroll and timesheet audit activities
• Prepare and balance payroll runs per compliance requirements
• Processes payrolls for various scheduled pay dates. Detailed reconciliation and balancing.
• Enters and audits payroll adjustments, manual checks and refunds as well as maintaining logs and spreadsheets to reconcile data and audit entries.What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience of payroll processing
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and ADPSalary: $65,000 - $75,000 a year#GHJSS#LI-LM1
