Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruitment Analyst responsible for
optimizing the recruitment process through data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with recruiting colleagues to manage candidate pipelines and
data reporting
Conduct preliminary interviews and manage relationships with
candidates
Ensure candidate pipeline engagement and maintain communication
with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
