Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reservation Sales Associate to handle
inbound reservation calls either from home or in the Omaha, NE
office.
Key Responsibilities
Create exceptional first impressions and drive reservation sales by
understanding caller needs
Handle sales calls, make reservations, and manage adjustments or
cancellations in the reservation system
Respond to inquiries professionally and assist with guest
enrollment in the Select Guest program
Required Qualifications and Training
Passion for the hotel and resort business
Ability to maintain confidentiality and be receptive to
coaching
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and
in a team
Intermediate experience with basic computer programs and
proficiency in the reservation system
Prior call center experience is a plus
