General Manager, you will be aiding the General Manager of our
flagship store, setting the standard for excellence incustomer
service, beverage quality, and overall store performance. You will
play a pivotal role in bringing the brand's retail vision to
life,creating an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring every customer

operation.--- Financial Responsibility: Helps manage the store's
financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and

in coherence with the General Manager.--- Event Leadership &
Collaborations: Successfully aids and executes flawlessly on
exciting in-store events and collaborations hand inglove with the
leadership team and all other parties.Qualifications:--- 3-4 years
of experience successfully leading a business in a high-growth
environment within hospitality or consumer brands.--- In-depth
knowledge and genuine passion for specialty coffee, with a strong
understanding of the industry's trends.--- Successful track record
of building, managing, and developing high-performing hospitality
teams, fostering a collaborative andpositive work culture.--- All
necessary food handlers qualificationsRequirements:40 hours, 5 or
more days per weekWillingness and ability to work flexible hours,
including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs
of the store and peak days of the business.Must be 18 years of age
or older Education: High School diploma or higher level of
education is required Has a reliable source of transportation to
and from place of work Authorized to work in the US Able to lift
