As a Regional Director, you will inspire your teams and cultivate partnerships across the network, driving execution of the vision and operational decision-making with a strong focus on client experience and hospitality.Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of KPIs, Operational Excellence and our Retail signature.
• Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets for the region.
• Ensure your region exemplifies best practices as per brand guidelines.
• Create specific business plans for each boutique and facilitate discussions with boutique managers to drive these plans through frequent visits and ongoing support.
• Coach, develop, and maximize the success of all boutique managers and their teams.
• Develop new business ideas that elevate clientelling opportunities.
• Partner with your VP and Human Resources on staffing and development issues.
• P&L management including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses.
• Manage operational execution (Policy and Procedure).
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are followed.
• Perform special projects as designated by management.Qualifications
  • At least 10+ years of multi-store retail management experience.
  • Affinity for luxury goods; watch and jewelry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage a P&L.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and present different points of view.
  • High level of etiquette - business and social.
  • Ability to travel extensively (80%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • SAP preferred.
