Job Title:Customer Service IILocation:CA - IrvineWhat you'll
do:The Customer Service Representative will be handling customer
inquiries about our products. These inquiries come from a variety
of lead sources and are the result of both inbound and outbound
efforts. The Customer Service Representative performs a basic level
of lead qualification typically following a scripted
presentation.--- Responsible for handling a high volume of inbound
and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of
professionalism and customer service to our clients--- Required to
perform a minimum number of transfers per day to available
agents--- Contacts prospective clients to generate interest in our
mortgage products--- Communicates effectively over the phone with
the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to
appropriate departments--- Multi-task effectively by speaking and
entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) SystemWhat you'll need: --- 2+ years
of relevant inside sales experience preferred--- College education
preferred--- High School diploma or GED required--- Comfortable
meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment--- Able
to work well in a team--- Excellent communication skills---
Flexible schedule with the ability to work various
shiftsCompensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $22.00
- $24.39 for Irvine, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific
