Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries via multiple communication channels,
ensuring prompt and courteous responses
Process basic order requests and maintain understanding of customer
needs for effective resolution
Escalate non-routine issues and report on customer developments to
management
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2 - 3 years of related experience and/or training
Experience with Titan, Doclink, or SAP is a plus
2 - 3 years of customer service experience with demonstrated
product knowledge
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications
