Job Description:

A company is looking for a Concierge Coordinator to monitor scheduled transportation for members and ensure timely pickups.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor alerts for cancellations and arrange new drivers as needed
Conduct proactive courtesy calls to members regarding transportation updates
Resolve transportation issues and maintain professional relations with providers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
1 year of experience in dispatching or customer service in a contact center
Ability to multitask and prioritize situations effectively
Excellent attendance and professional demeanor
Bilingual in English and Spanish
