Biotechnology District Manager Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading Biotechnology company, across Commercial, Patient Solutions and Medical Affairs businesses. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to oversee district performance and drive business growth. • Recruit, hire and manage a high performing team
• Create and drive district strategy to achieve business goals
• Work in the field with sales representatives to coach and counsel for improvement
• Monitor data analytics information continuously to ensure maximum impact on prescribing providers
• Ensure district meets or exceeds all sales targets
• Conduct employee training, conferences and district meetings
• Communicate with key sales leadership regularly to update on project performance Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • 2 years pharmaceutical leadership/management experience
  • Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high quality team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Valid Driver's License
