Responsibilities:Drive Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience.Lead & Train Your Team: Build a strong, cohesive team by effectively communicating policies, standards, and company values. Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching and development to staff in all front-of-house positions.Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the restaurant.
