Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales & Reservations Agent to work
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Handle back-to-back inbound calls to match products and services
with customer needs
Follow defined guidelines and scripts to facilitate a seamless
reservation process
Provide customer support year-round, including working holidays and
weekends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of customer service or sales experience in a retail
environment
Completion of a paid, comprehensive three-week training program
Must have a personal home computer that meets technical
requirements
Ability to work 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
including weekends
Successful completion of a job-related assessment is required
