Registered Nurse (RN) - Gastrointestinal (GI) If you are passionate about gastrointestinal health, join us as a Registered Nurse (RN). In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing GI procedures or managing digestive conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for GI procedures such as endoscopies or colonoscopies by explaining the process and addressing concerns.
• Assist physicians during procedures by monitoring patient vitals, administering sedation medications, and ensuring sterile environments are maintained.
• Provide post-procedure care by monitoring recovery and educating patients on follow-up instructions or dietary recommendations.
• Document patient progress accurately and report any complications promptly to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients managing chronic digestive conditions such as Crohn's disease or IBS. Work Environment:
  • The role is based in hospital GI units or outpatient centers specializing in gastrointestinal procedures and treatments.
