*Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)*

*Required*:
BLS
\* IV/Blood Draw Certified
\* 2 years of experience as an LVN

*Preferred:*
\* Epic experience
\* LVN experience with Nephrology

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Physical Setting:
* Clinic
* Outpatient



Experience:
* Licensed vocational nurse: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
* IV Certification (Required)
* LVN license (Required)

Ability to Commute:
