After training, you'll be assigned a mentor for ongoing support with any technical or administrative concerns, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your role.We also encourage therapists to participate in monthly Reflective Supervision meetings, where they can discuss challenges and develop effective strategies for working with families in their homes.
