Job Description:
A company is looking for a Practice Coordinator, General
Medicine (Urgent Care).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate physician schedules and manage patient rescheduling and
referrals
Provide administrative support for CME, financial reimbursement,
and licensing tasks
Assist with new physician onboarding and monitor credentialing and
training progress
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in healthcare or ambulatory medical office
setting
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience providing direct support to physicians
Proficient in generating reports and creating professional
documents
Customer-focused approach with excellent service skills
